What’s Brewing doing business as San Antonio Coffee Roasters, has been in business since 1979, it is owned and operated by a coffee roasting family that has the experience necessary to provide the two most important aspects of coffee: Freshness and Quality.

A coffee cannot be considered high quality without a guarantee of freshness, and What’s Brewing is able to promise freshness because it is roasted locally and only at the time an order is placed.

What’s Brewing sells coffees that are certified by the Rainforest Alliance and the Fair Trade Organization, which represent the roaster’s commitment and support to the environment and wildlife in which the coffee is grown. What’s Brewing can boast about the exclusivity of their coffee in the sale of a specific crop that has been awarded the Cup of Excellence, which is only awarded to the finest coffees produced by a country in a specific year.
