WAKE UP AND SMELL YOUR COFFEE!

A Cool Way to Cool Down

Hot summer days getting you down? Here's a great way to enjoy coffee and cool off at the same time!

Iced Coffee Recipe
2.5oz (1cup) freshly ground coffee
24oz (3 cups) water
3 cups ice
milk (optional)

Brew coffee in coffee maker or French Press using the measured amounts above. Pour over pitcher filled with the three cups of ice. Let cool.  Pour cooled coffee into ice filled glasses and enjoy!
For a cool Cafe au Lait  use 4oz coffee to 2oz milk in glass over ice.

This is best when using a crisp African coffee like Kenya or Ethiopia Yirgacheffe or a flavored coffee like the refreshing Chocolate Mint!
