Luisa and her family provide another amazing offering with this blend of Colombia and Caturra varieties. The sweetness is defined by clear flavors of panela, caramel, cola, red apple and grape juice with a beautiful malic acidity and syrupy mouthfeel. With so much sweetness and fullness we decided to give this coffee a full city roast perfect for espresso, milk based drinks and those who prefer a richer filter drip. We were overjoyed (but not surprised) when we were awarded 2 golds (espresso and filter), a bronze (flat white dairy) and an honorable mention (flat white plant based milk) in the Classic Roast categories at this years Global Coffee Awards.
